"Move it or Lose it" are fitness classes for the over 60's. All the exercises are adaptable, to suit different levels of ability, including seated, standing with support and free standing exercises. The sessions are fun and friendly and are designed to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, stamina and confidence. The sessions also offer opportunities to socialise which has a positive impact on physical and mental health. "Move it or Lose it" offers a simple yet effective way to achieve better health and wellbeing in the local community by providing safe, evidence-based exercise. Classes are fun and friendly and your first class is free.
