Description
Wheels for Wellbeing organises inclusive cycling sessions for disabled people of all ages and impairments at three venues in South London. Since 2007 we’ve worked with thousands of disabled children and adults who face barriers to taking part in any physical activity. We’re determined to show that anyone can enjoy cycling, given the right equipment, support and environment.
We run regular inclusive cycling sessions in South London for disabled children and adults to try our fleet of two, three and four wheeled cycles. Our qualified instructors, supported by fantastic volunteers, help participants try our cycles or get comfortable on the one that suits them, and offer ongoing support. Relatives, friends and carers are welcome to join the fun. The session is held in relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere. It's a drop in session, so you can just turn up. We don't limit spaces but at busy times you may need to wait for a bike. Cost per session £5 and a carer/supporter comes for free.
