Do you or your loved one have appointment somewhere but have no means off transport or just need that all important reassurance that you got someone to go with you. Do you need assistance to get ready for your appointment making sure that all your paperwork is in order or you can not understand what is been said and need someone to write this down for you or make the conversation more clear or just to ask those all important questions.

We at Louise and Claire's services have staff that are trained to a high standard to assist you to be prepared or just escort you to any appointments. We know how lonely and at times frustrating it can be waiting for medi cars to take you to hospital or any other medical appointments you or your loved ones have.

we will complete a full care plan and risk assessment that are person centred and activily encourage our services users to participate in the care plan to ensure that all your care needs preferences and beliefs are met. 

we believe in continuity of care so each time our staff visit you will always have that same friendly face and before your support starts w will firstly introduce our staff to ensure a good match is suited to you or your loved one giving you the reassurance that they know what your needs are. 

costing £14.18 per hour. Mileage is charge at 20p per mile if outside off rotherham. we have set our prices to match the budget that direct payments have set so no hidden cost to you.Please speak to your social worker or fair of charging at Rotherham council for more information on this.
