I am a 43 year old professional who has recently taken voluntary redundancy.
When my mother-in-law died suddenly, it left my father-in-law alone after 56 years of marriage. This started me thinking about how many other people are out there with a similar experience.
My aim is to try and offer some companionship to help fill a part of this void. Whether you want me to take you out for the day, or simply pop over for an hour for a cup of tea, or maybe there is a club you want to join but don't want to go alone.
