About this provider

Care Hand Service Ltd aims to offer high-quality, flexible, specialist home care and community based service, to service users who are deaf, those with multi-sensory needs and others with disabilities, to live more independently in their own home. We provide a wide range of care and support services. We also offer specialist services such as living options, providing different types of support, enabling our service users to live in the way they choose. We provide one to one support for our service users who are living in the community, such as: personal care support, practical help and communication support; specialist support to develop learning, communication and independence; short breaks.

All of which are assembled into a bespoke package to fulfil the wishes and service the needs of each service user, while enabling our service users to be as independent as possible. We aim to work with young people, adults and elderly people offering a range of personal care, community support and leisure opportunities. Our service is uniquely able to offer British Sign language users support which means their communication and cultural needs are met, and delivered to a high standard by our experienced staff.
