About this provider

This support is delivered in people’s own homes. Some clients rent rooms in shared houses with other clients and some clients rent private apartments or houses. Some of the houses that clients live in are owned or leased by Lisieux Trust. All these clients have tenancy agreements that are separate from their support agreement with Lisieux Trust. We work closely with everyone supported in the service to understand their needs and wishes. A comprehensive assessment takes place prior to the individual being offered support that looks at what support they need in their daily lives, how they would like this support to be organised and delivered and what support they would like to achieve their goals and aspirations. Each individual has this information recorded in a Person-Centred Plan (PCP). This plan forms the basis of the support that we deliver. We pride ourselves on offering an outstanding service. All our Support Workers are trained and supported to be able to offer the best possible service to our clients. We create relaxed, homely environments and deliver support that helps clients to make positive choices and have fun!
