Thea Jacob MA(Oxon) set up Song Box as an independent service in 1994. Song Box supports personal development, community cohesion and cultural inclusion through music, in and around York. Thea, and her team of skilled session leaders, work independently and with many partner organisations. Silver Song Box covers our services for the over 60's, drawing on our core values of building warm, creative, inclusive relationships through music. Silver Song Box provides entertaining, interactive, creative, live musical relationships in residential care, day care and community settings.
