Top4 Care Services Ltd provide services for adults (18+) with autism, learning disabilities associated with co-morbid mental health conditions, substance misuse, and challenging behaviour. We support people through our Domiciliary care service (DCC) in supported living environments. Additionally, through our Domiciliary care service, we can extend our services to provide ‘Care at Home Services’ where our dedicated personal carers can provide personal care and assistance with the most personal and often intimate daily tasks. The care provided includes dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support. We also provide live in care where care provision will be provided 24/7 within client's homes.
