Care Connexions UK Ltd provides high quality domiciliary care services and supported living accommodation for young adults experiencing learning difficulties, mental health, autism, challenging behaviour.

Our goal is to deliver the daily care/support you require, allowing you to remain living independently in your own home for as long as possible.

We also offer comfortable professional supported living in the natural settings of our homely and comfortable accommodation.

We provide Compassionate 24-hour support and a personalized service to our service users.

Home Care services cost £18 per hour but supported living accommodation will be priced when we have received a support plan this will enable us to quote costings.
