Full Crescent Support provides and accommodation and support for adults living in the community, we can accommodate a wide range of needs ensuring a holistic person centred appraoch.

Currently, we can offer support in a shared house. The service will be staffed 24/7, 365 days a year, with two staff on duty during the day and a sleep-in staff at night; however waking night staff can be provided if required to meet the needs of service users. Each service users will have their individualised package depending on their needs as we can offer anything from 24 hour support, to just a few hours flexible support at home and within the community. Each tenant will be offered an individual support package whilst sharing with others in this rented property.

Full Crescent supported living was incorporated July 2021, we have every intent to become CQC registered and provided care, support and accommodation within the frame work. We currently base our provisions to CQC standard however reserve registration until the company has operated within the supported accommodation domain to generate revenue in order to satisfy the newer practices of assessment being used in DPS and tendering - we are home to great experienced staff, new start up nonetheless.

Minimum fee: £980.00 per month. Prices may vary upon assessments of needs.
