We provide a safe and secure autism friendly living environment, working closely with the residents to develop and deliver a person-centred care and support plan to help make the changes needed for a better life. We supports individuals with the following conditions: autism spectrum, learning disabilities, behaviors that may be described as challenging, independent living, recovering from placement breakdowns. We offer a wide range of tailored support, advice and assistance including maintaining tenancy, dealing with correspondence, day to day needs, heath and safety in the home, cooking, cleaning and shopping, socialising and community access and involvement, managing finances, accessing education, training, support with employment, regular activities in the community.
