The first big difference is that we don't supply Carers, but instead employ Personal Assistants that can provide Personal Care & Domiciliary Care where necessary. In addition, we aim to provide dedicated and specifically assigned staff for each Service User, so that once you are happy with your chosen staff team, you can actually get to know your P.A.'s rather than simply getting whoever is on shift. This means a better quality of service as staff know you, and you know them. This helps to significantly reduce the stress that can occur from having to constantly brief new staff on those specific details that are both personal and important to you.
