We listen
Our staff support your wishes and preferences, as well as professionally assessing your needs.
We don’t believe in 15 minute care visits
We don’t believe it’s possible to deliver quality care in a 15 minute visit, so we don’t offer them. Our preferred minimum care visit is one hour – and by that we mean a full 60 minutes, as we travel in our own time, not yours. This allows us the time to listen to our clients and get to know them well, to complete tasks properly and to observe any changes in their health or well-being and respond accordingly.
Our valued and professional Care Assistants provide high quality and personalised Care Services, which allow you to live life independently in your own home. Our wide range of services, along with our commitment to making a difference every day, ensures peace of mind for our clients and their families.

We keep in touch
We stay in close contact with the other people who support you (both family and friends and other health professionals), keeping meticulous records which you and those close to you can access easily.

Our services are customised to every individual through a Personal Care Plan and are provided by highly-trained Care Assistants who are the best in the business and in your local area. We are proud of the way we support, encourage and provide continued development of our special care team. We pay our Care team correctly and fairly.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We are responsive - Clients or their families can contact us at any time. Care managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. Our clients’ well-being is always our top priority. We want the best for them at all times.
We are selective - We employ only the best Care Assistants and give them thorough training before we carefully put the right Care Assistant with the right client, through a precise matching process. Once a Care Assistant and client are matched, we provide extensive information about the client’s needs to the Care Assistant.
We are flexible - If a client or family is unsatisfied with a particular Care Assistant, all it takes is a phone call. We can custom match another Care Assistant to a client at any time.
We are protected - We carry all of the necessary liability insurance coverage so that all of our clients and their families are fully protected. In order to ensure only the highest quality staff support our clients, all our Care Assistants are employed directly by our office. All staff undergo rigorous DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and reference checks, as well as undertaking psychometric profiling tests together with ongoing training. For these reasons, we will not use agency staff.
