About this provider

CMSS is a Community Based service that also offer in house activities. Each Service User has a personalised timetable of activities that they have chosen to participate in and are supported by staff to achieve their individual targets.

Staff transports the service user from their home to their activities using CMSS transport.

Examples of activities: Zumba, Collage courses, Drama, Independent Skills, Conductive Education, Swimming, Gym, Music, First Aid, Sensory, this list is non-exhaustive.

Our Social area gives the Service User the opportunity to go on holiday with their friends, to socialise, form new friendships and allows the carers valuable respite. 

We also offer Outreach Services to Service Users who do not want to attend a full day but enjoy some of the activities on offer.

The daily cost of the service is £91.21. This includes transport to and from activities and pays for any activities and college courses you would like to participate in. 

We offer Conductive Education which provides a specialised rehabilitation program for adults with Cerebral Palsy and Neurological disorders. From January 2018 we will be providing Conductive Education for adults with Parkinson’s.

An amazing service, with plenty to do, learn and an opportunity to establish new friendships.  Fun, banter and socialising also adds to the very busy and enjoyable day at CMSS.
